Employees of Commonwealth agencies who are responsible for submitting to DGS annual updates for Land Use Plans (LUP) and Non-DGS/Agency Administered Leases (NAAL) will be given access to the COVA Trax Web Portal.
Employees of Commonwealth agencies who are responsible for submitting to DGS annual updates for M-R FIX will be given access directly to the COVA Trax IWMS System.

In addition to reviewing the User Guide and video, we encourage those who are responsible for M-R FIX updates to visit DEB's website where you will find slides from presentations in 2018 and 2020 along with documents related to the use of FICAS as a source for M-R FIX values.
